The news comes as season four of the acclaimed series saw a 41% increase in total viewers.

Snowfall‘s official instagram account also announced the exciting news in a post that read, “Thought this was the end? Not even close. #SnowfallFX”
Set in 1980s South Central Los Angeles, the series follows a group of dealers, led by Franklin Saint (Idris) as they venture into and learn to navigate the drug business, all while the LAPD diverts resources to the “war on drugs”, and the CIA suspects one of their own to be involved in the rapidly growing crack cocaine epidemic.
Starring in the series are also Carter Hudson, Isaiah John, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Amin Joseph, and Angela Lewis.
Snowfall‘s season 4 finale is set to air on April 21. Watch all new episodes on Wednesdays at 10 p.m.
